Fibonacci City is a bot confederation city the size of an entire planet. The number of citizens is related to the natural series in ascending order. Each object is counted every decade in a procedure that checks for equality, surplus, or deficiency. The officially accepted language is the “Decimal Number System”. The social unit is caste-based and depends on the specialization and type of the embedded central processing unit (CPU). CPU describes not only fixed logical operations, but also a specialized system of elements designed to understand and execute the code of computer programs. The design, architecture, and implementation of CPUs change periodically. All bots exist autonomously, but are linked into a single information network and are capable of exchanging information with personal will and character. The basic cell of civilization is considered to be the “Motherboard” (for short: MB or Mobos). The Energy Control Center – Egregor is chosen by electronic voting. The political system is a parliamentary republic. Parliament is a representative body in which all castes are represented by elected representatives. The voting procedure is directly related to the transmission of energy impulses. Personal Capacity is considered to be the highest dignity. It determines the amount of energy that each nominated parliamentarian is able to accumulate and give away. The Parliament forms the government (from its composition) and measures its summarizing egregor. The digital indicator of the egregor is demonstrated on-line on the digital scoreboard of the Parliament building. In case of lowering the indexes, the government is re-elected. This morning the city awakens for teleportation to the Future: the quiet rustling of bushings and bearings, the grinding of mechanical shafts and the creaking of flying mechanisms can be heard.
